Vistara is the first airline in South Asia with full-flat beds on a narrow-body jet (A321neo) and one of the few such airlines across the world.
The A321neo will be used for international expansion, adding more medium-haul routes in the coming years.
The plane also features a brand new interior, which includes 12 lie-flat business class seats, and inflight WiFi.
The aircraft is also powered by next generation CFM LEAP-1A engines that are up to 50% quieter and emit less carbon.
The A321neo aircraft are at least 15% more fuel efficient, with new technology engines and modifications.
The powerful, in-built air filtration systems on this aircraft ensure elimination of viruses and bacteria to refresh the cabin air every 2-3 minutes, thereby ensuring safety and hygiene.
Vistara Fleet Airbus A321neo Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout
The Airbus A321neo aircraft has a total of 188 seats with 12 in business class, 24 in premium economy, and 152 in the economy.
With the addition of Airbus A321neo to its fleet, Vistara boasts being the only airline in south Asia to offer full-flat beds in business class on the narrow-body jet.
All seats feature 4-way adjustable headrests and movable armrests for a genuinely comfortable journey.
Customers can enjoy seat-back entertainment and in-seat power/USB charging ports on every seat.
The state-of-the-art Inflight Entertainment (IFE) system features a content-rich multimedia library that total up to 700 hours of content, a superior map experience with 3D flight path map and flight tracker.
Business Class
Experience ultimate luxury and comfort while traveling in Vistara’s Business Class.
In business class, the plane has 12 seats, in a 2-2 layout, made by Collins Aerospace.
The seats are made of leather and feature 22″ of width (with the armrest lowered) with 63″ of pitch.
The bed itself offers 84″ (or 7 feet) of length, allowing everyone to stretch out.

Premium Economy
Travel in India’s only Premium Economy, a distinct cabin class that offers superior comfort with extra legroom and enhanced features for a truly memorable journey.
In premium economy, seats are laid out in a 3-3 configuration, similar to those on the A320neo.
The seats do have some new features, with 33″ of pitch, 4.5″ recline, and a 10″ IFE screen.
All seats also include USB and power points, a first in Vistara’s premium economy.
While the seats may not have seen much change, Vistara will likely invest in the soft product to make the cabin more attractive.

Economy Class
With much more to offer than an ordinary Economy Class, this cabin is equipped with high quality, breathable fabric-upholstered seats with 4-way headrests for enhanced comfort throughout your journey.
The economy cabin on the A321neo will have 152 seats laid out in a 3-3 configuration, with 28-29″ of pitch and a 3″ recline.
All seats will also a 10″ entertainment screens along with in-seat power.
These features make the seats on par with other international, full-service carriers.

Emergency Exit Seats
Seats in row 12 and 24 are Emergency Exit seats and can be booked as part of Vistara Select.
The assignment of these select seats are complimentary for our Club Vistara Platinum members (except when travelling on Economy Lite fares).
Please note, an Emergency Exit seat cannot be allocated to children or anyone with any medical condition or unable to assist during an emergency.
