All hand baggage cannot exceed 22 x 14 x 10 in (55 x 35 x 25 cm).

  • Business Club: 1 piece, 31 lb (14 kg)
  • Club Business: 2 pieces, 40 lb (18 kg)
  • Tourist/Class Economique: 22 lb (10 kg)

Passengers can also bring the following items free of charge: a handbag/wallet/purse, reading material, overcoat/coat/travel rug, umbrella/walking tick, camera/binoculars, laptop, or a wheelchair/crutches/prosthetic items.

Air Europa Cabin Bag Rules For Infants 

Air Europa Baggage policy states that infants over the age of 2 years are entitled to carry 10kg of hand baggage, including food, drinks, and other travel necessities.

The baggage allowance is the same as the adult passengers.

Along with this, they may carry either a foldable pushchair (children up to 4 years old) or a baby carrier.

In this case, adult passengers are restricted to travel with a maximum of two children under 2 years of age.

One of the kids should be seated in the same seat as the adult.

The crew will provide the parent with a special safety belt.

Moreover, if the accompanying passenger holds a fare with a suitcase, the child will get extra luggage of up to 10kg.

The service may include additional charges as well, but it is free of charge if you hold a business ticket.

Air Europa Excess Baggage Fees

Medium-haul Flights

  • Per piece/51 lb (23 kg) over allowance: $50 in advance or $60 at the airport
  • Additional luggage is not allowed on flights to Dakar

Long-haul Flights

  • 2nd piece/51 lb (23 kg) over allowance: $50 in advance or $60 at the airport
  • 3rd piece/51 lb (23 kg) over allowance: $100 in advance or $150 at the airport 
  • No excess baggage is allowed on the routes from ALMERIA, BADAJOZ, MALAGA, VALENCIA, OVIEDO and LISBON to AMERICA, from any city from SPAIN and EUROPE with destination BOLIVIA, from any origin to destination Lima and Buenos Aires for flights from 15JUN14 to 15AUG14 and 15NOV14 to 15JAN15, from BARCELONA and MILAN to LIMA for flights until 28FEB14

Baggage over 71 lb (32 kg) will not be accepted.

Conditions For Oversized, Overweight, & Special Bags

Bags that exceed the limit are called oversized or overweight bags, as per the Air Europa Baggage Allowance.

The airline will charge additional charges to such bags as a penalty fee.

If you require extra bags, the smarter way is to purchase them in advance.

You can increase your 23kg allowance to 32kg by paying a certain fee.
