Aegean Airlines Fleet Airbus A320-200 Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout
Airbus A320-200 operated by Aegean Airlines is used during short and medium-haul flights.
This narrow-body airplane configured with 172 seats of 2 classes: business and economy.
The aircraft is laid out in a pretty typical single-aisle A320 3-3 configuration.
There are two exit doors on each side in the middle of the plane.
The front three or four rows were for business class and these was separated by a curtain.
The rows are numbered up to 29 but there are actually 28 as there is no row 13.
The clean, fairly new looking Recaro seats are pale grey plastic upholstered with navy blue leather.
Seat-back pockets came with crumpled copies of Aegean’s in-house Blue travel magazine and a duty-free guide.
There are 30 inches of legroom, although if one of your fellow passengers reclined the seat in front, you dramatically lost space.
Now, the seat is a little basic for what is considered a full-service airline.
There is no foot rest, no in-seat power, no cup holder and no neck padding.
There is no seat-back entertainment onboard Aegean, which is rather dramatic as some of their flights push five hours.
Sit nearer the front if you want to get food and drink quickly, and disembark before most of the other passengers.
You may, however, be among the last to board. If you like a window seat, avoid sitting in rows 16 and 17 as your views will be obstructed by the wing.
If you are travelling alone, you should also avoid middle seats B and E. Exit rows will offer more legroom.

Business class may accommodate 12 passengers.
These passengers will feel comfortable thanks to extra space that these seats offer due to the fact that middle seats are not sold.
As the tray tables are built-in the armrests of the seats of the 1st row have a little reduced width.
Among other disadvantages that may also cause some discomfort to passengers of these seats is close location of the galley and lavatory in front and lack of floor storage during take-off and landing.
Business class is divided from economy class with a curtain.
All the seats of the economy class have 3-3 configuration.
The only disadvantage of the seats of the 4th row is curtain divider between business and economy class.
Due to the exit row located behind the seats of the 10th row are less reclining than standard.
The seats of the 11th row are located between 2 exit rows that is why they offer additional space to passengers’ legs and at the same time have limited recline.
Passengers of the seats of the 12th row will take advantage of extra legroom.
These seats are considered the best seats.
The noise from the lavatories and galley located behind is the main disadvantage of the seats 29C and 29D.
Due to the wall of the lavatory located behind the seats of the 30th row have limited recline.
In addition, close location of the lavatories and galley located behind make these seats bad seats.
