Cebu Pacific Fleet Airbus A330-900neo Details and Pictures. On current fleet, Cebu Pacific operates 7 wide-body aircraft Airbus A330-900neo for their long-haul flights.

29 November 2021 Cebu Pacific has taken delivery of its first A330-900neo as it begins its widebody fleet modernization programme.

The aircraft is configured with 459 seats in single-class layout and will be operated by the airline on trunk routes within the Philippines and the rest of Asia, as well as on longer range services to Australia and the Middle East.

The A330-900neo offers versatility for a wide range of routes from shorter regional services to medium and long haul operations.

The aircraft is powered by Rolls-Royce’s latest-generation Trent 7000 engines and features a new composite wing with increased span for enhanced aerodynamics.

The A330neo is the first aircraft in the world already certified to meet the 2028 CO2 emission reduction targets.

This eco-plane consumes 25% less fuel than previous generation aircraft and is able to consume just 2.1 liters per passenger per 100 kilometers, 14% less burn per passenger, compared with the A330ceo.

Thanks to the construction materials and engines chosen for this aircraft, the exterior noise footprint is reduced to nearly 60%, and noise level in the aircraft is 3db quieter than competitors.

Cebu Pacific Fleet Airbus A330-900neo Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout

Cebu Pacific fleet Airbus A330-900neo is configured with 459 RECARO seats which allows more passengers in a single flight, resulting to lower carbon footprint per passenger.

The interior is bright and well-considered.

There’s no getting away from the fact that this is an incredibly dense aircraft, of course, perhaps the most dense flying anywhere in the world.

Nine-abreast seating on the A330-900neo cabin — like the A330ceo, A310 and A300 before it — is used exclusively by low-cost, charter and discount leisure carriers, and it’s clear these seats are narrow.

That is, after all, how Cebu Pacific and other LCCs democratise air travel.

Featuring Airbus’ Airspace cabin entryway’s overhead diamond pattern in a fresh teal colour, leading immediately into the seats, which the airline cites as coming from German seatmaker Recaro.

The seats appear to be the seatmaker’s latest-generation SL3710 slimline, weighing in at just 8kg per seat, and which local social media reports suggest are pre-reclined.

The main seat colour is a fairly standard mid-blue, with accents for the regular seats in a smart lighter sky blue.

For the extra-legroom, exit row and front rows of the aircraft, it’s a bright mango orange-yellow accent.

This mango accent also makes its way into the lavatories, where a full wall of yellow-orange pops in the space, including a micro-mango pattern that’s also found on the bulkhead walls at the front and back of the cabin.

Elsewhere in the passenger experience, at-seat power is available, with two units per row of three of what look like USB-A + USB-C power.

Cebu Pacific Fleet Airbus A330-300 Details and Pictures

Cebu Pacific A330 300 RP C3348 at Francisco Bangoy International Airport

Cebu Pacific Fleet Airbus A330-300 Details and Pictures. On current fleet, there’s only 1 Airbus A330-300 operated by Cebu Pacific.

Cebu Pacific will soon be operating an all Airbus NEO fleet, and this lonely A330-300 plane will be out of the fleet.

The airline expects to receive more A330neos, so the last remaining A330-300 in the Cebu Pacific fleet may exit soon.

The Cebu Pacific Airbus A330-300 is primarily operated on long-haul routes.

Widebody aircraft are typically associated with multi-class seating configurations featuring business class flatbeds.

However, certain carriers have taken a single-class approach, such as the way that Cebu Pacific has fitted out its Airbus A330s.

This A330-300 features a one class configuration with 436 standard Economy Class seats.

436 seats is a lot – in comparison, Korean Air’s A380s feature 407 seats, so Cebu Pacific’s A330s feature more seats than Korean Air’s A380s.

What sets these Cebu Pacific A330-300naircraft apart from other A330-300s is their high-density configuration.

Cebu Pacific favors a nine-abreast (3-3-3) layout, as opposed to the eight-abreast setup that you see at other A330 operators.

This, alongside the lack of a premium cabin, allows these aircraft to have an impressive 436 seats.

While most airlines fit maybe 30-45 business class seats between doors 1 and 2 on the A330, Cebu Pacific manages to fit 108 economy seats in the same area.

The middle cabin is the largest, featuring 183 seats.

The rearmost cabin features 145 seats.

All of Cebu Pacific’s A330 seats are 16.5 inches wide and laid out in a 3-3-3 configuration.
