Volotea Fleet Airbus A319-100 Details and Pictures. On current fleet, Spanish LCC Volotea operates 19 narrow-body aircraft Airbus A319-100.

The A319 will allow Volotea to transport up to 20% more passengers and to serve longer routes than the Boeing 717-200 they are replacing.

Volotea Airlines operates the Airbus A319-100 on their longer route flights.

According to the airline’s current route program, the first Airbus will be used on its main routes between Nantes and Malaga, Ajaccio, Bastia, Montpellier, Palma de Majorca and Venice.

Volotea has selected the Airbus A319 as the model for its planned fleet expansion.

Volotea, the Barcelona-based airline, has chosen Airbus to train all its pilots following the signature of an exclusive five-year contract.

The training, which will commence in January 2020, includes Type-Rating as well as long-term Recurrent training linked to Volotea’s growing fleet of Airbus A319s – which will exceed 50 aircraft in 2023.

Volotea Fleet Airbus A319-100 Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout

Volotea configured their narrow-body aircraft Airbus A319-100 on two different cabin layout.

The aircraft are configured with 150/156 standard slimline Economy Class seats.

XL Seats offering additional legroom may be selected for an additional fee.

On board the cabin is brand new with a pretty good design.

The Acro XS seat is pretty slim but still comfortable.

There is no paper on the seat so the safety informations are printed below the tray table.

The pitch is not to bad for an LCC airlines, another advantage of the slim seats.

There is also one less row than Easyjet ones.

The only item who’s give an age at this retrofitted cabin is the overhead panel who’s an old design for Airbus.
