Air France Fleet Airbus A320-200 Details and Pictures. Air France operates 36 aircrafts Airbus A320-200 for domestic and international flight.

The A320 is base model for A318, A319, and also A321.

A320 is the first model among narrow-bodied Airbus airplanes that is equipped with so-called sharklets – wingtips.

Sharklets 2.4 meters long made of light composite improve aerodynamic characteristics of the wing and significantly reduce fuel consumption.

According to Airbus data they allow to increase the flying range approximately by 185 kilometers, useful load by 450 kilograms and reduce fuel consumption by 4%.

Each sharklet by 95% consists of composite materials and despite of its massive dimensions (height 2.4 meters) has the weight of only 40 kilograms.

First A320-200 cabin version operated by Air France on the routes to African and Middle East countries.

It may transport up to 165 passengers depending on configuration that may vary: business class may have up to 26 seats or less.

This version has 2 classes of seats: business and economy.

Business class may accommodate 26 passengers.

All middle seats here are not sold in such a way providing additional space and privacy to passengers of these seats.

The seats of the 1st row, 1AC have limited space for passengers legs.

Among other disadvantages: close location of the lavatories and bassinet location.

Passengers of the seats 2DF will take advantage of extra legroom.

These seats are good seats. Passengers traveling with infants are often seated here as these seats have bassinet location.

Business class is separated from the seats of economy class with a movable curtain making possible various configurations.

Economy class has 126 seats that are located in 21 rows and have 3-3 configuration.

The main disadvantage of the seats of 10th row is limited recline as exit row is located behind.

As the seats of the 11th row are located between two exit rows on the one hand they have extra space for passengers’ legs but on the other hand they are less reclining.

The best seats in the economy class are the seats of the 12th row.

Passengers of these seats will feel comfortable thanks to extra legroom.

The seats 28ABC and 29ABC are standard seats of the economy class but these seats are often reserved for crew members.

The seats 29DEF are considered bad seats as they may be not reclining.

Proximity of the lavatories will also cause discomfort.

Second cabin version may accommodate 160 passengers that may have seats in one or two classes depending on the tickets sold.

Premium economy class may have no seats or maximum 10 seats that are located in three classes.

The middle seats here are left empty and turned into tables.

The main disadvantage of the seats 1A and 1C is limited legroom because of the bulkhead position.

The seats 2D and 2F on the contrary have extra space for passengers legs.

Behind a movable curtain economy class seats are located.

Because of the exit row located behind, the seats of the 11th row may have limited recline.

For the same reason the seats of the 12th row may be less reclining as well.

But at the same time these seats have extra space for passengers legs as another exit row is located in front.

Passengers of the seats of 14th row will feel comfortable thanks to extra space for their legs.

These seats are considered good seats.

The seats of the last 29th row are bed seats as they may have no recline and other passengers tend to gather in this area while waiting to visit lavatories causing discomfort to passengers of these seats.

This version of Airbus A320 operated by Air France may accommodate 150 passengers in two classes.

Business class may transport up to 30 passengers with middle seats left empty and converted into tables.

The seats of the first row have less space for passengers’ legs.

The seats 2A and 2F on the contrary provide extra legroom.

Passengers with babies are often seated here as these seats have bassinet location.

There are 120 standard seats in the economy class.

These seats are located in 20 rows and have 3-3 configuration.

The seats of the 10th row are less reclining because of the exit row behind.

The seats of the 11th row are located between two exit rows.

That is why these seats have extra space for passengers’ legs and at the same time these seats do not recline.

The best seats in the economy class are the seats of the 12th row.

Passengers of these seats will take advantage of extra legroom.

Air France designates these seats as Seats Plus.

An extra fee should be paid to reserve these seats.

The seats of the last 29th row are considered bed seats as these seats do not recline and are located close to lavatories.

This version of Airbus A320 is the most common in Air France.

It is used during internal flights.

This airplane may transport 178 passengers in single economy class.

First row contains only 3 seats.

The seats 1DEF have limited legroom.

Passengers of the seats 2ABC will feel comfortable thanks to extra space for their legs.

These seats are considered good seats.

The seats 12BC, 12DE, 14DC and 14DE are also good seats as they have extra legroom thanks to exit rows located in front.

The windows seats of the 12th and 14th row, i.e. the seats 12A, 12F and 14A, 14F have extra space for passengers’ legs but have no windows-side armrests that may cause discomfort.

As there is no seat behind, the seat 30C is often bumped by other passengers and crew members passing by.

Passengers tend to gather in the tail of airplane while waiting to use lavatories and causing discomfort to passengers of the seats 31DEF and 32AB.

These seats are considered bad seats.

All Alitalia B777 aircraft feature a three-class cabin configuration: the Business Class cabin with seats that convert to flat-beds, the private Premium Economy cabin, and the refreshed Economy Class cabin.

The Business Class cabin on new 777-200ER aircrafts is configured 1-2-1, offering all-aisle seating.

Business Class seats offer in-seat work station capabilities, with PC power plugs and USB ports, and large 15.4” LCD screens to access vast personal entertainment options.

The private Premium Economy cabin available on new 777-200ER aircrafts offers a variety of benefits including more legroom and greater seat pitch than regular Economy Class.

Premium Economy passengers also enjoy priority check-in and boarding, and may check two bags at no cost as opposed to one for regular Economy Class.

On board, Premium Economy seats also offer in-seat entertainment and work station capabilities, with PC power plugs and USB ports, and large 10.4” LCD screens to access the personal entertainment system.

The new generation seats in the Economy Class cabin on new 777-200ER aircraft offer comfort and in-seat personal entertainment systems.

All A,E,G, and L seats in the Economy Class cabin may have restricted leg and storage room due to the position of an electronic equipment box located under these seats.

Business class may transport 30 passengers on flat bed seats that are located in two sections.

There are 5 rows in the first section and 3 rows in the second one.

Most of the seats have 1-2-1 configuration.

All A and L seats of the business class are perfect doe passengers who are traveling alone.

These seats offer more privacy as they are turned to the window.

All E and G seats here on the contrary will be ideal for passengers traveling with a partner.

Close location of the lavatory may cause discomfort to passengers of the seat 5L.

Behind business class seats the seats of premium economy class are located.

There are 3 rows of seats here that have 2-4-2 configuration.

All these seats have 120 degree recline and 20% more space for passengers’ legs and higher pitch.

Passengers of premium class seats have priority when boarding.

The seats 15A and 15L have no windows.

Economy class contains 239 seats divided into two sections.

The first sections contains 128 seats.

Passengers traveling with babies are often seated on the seats 18AB and 18KL.

These seats offer extra legroom.

Among disadvantages of these seats: lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and reduced width as the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable.

The best seats in the economy class are the seats 19C and 19JKL.

Passengers of these seats will take advantage of extra legroom.

However, these seats are narrower than standard and have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Other passengers tend to congregate in the area of the seats of 29th and 30th row while waiting to use lavatories.

Because of entertainment equipment store under the seats 29EG and 30ABC these seats may have less legroom.

Behind the exit row the second section of economy class seats is located.

Passengers of the seats 31ABC and 31JKL will feel comfortable thanks to extra legroom.

But proximity of lavatories, lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and reduced width of the seats may be bothersome.

The seats 32DEGH have restricted legroom because of the bulkhead position.

Among other disadvantages: close location of the lavatories, lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and reduced width of the seats as the tray tables are built-in the armrests making them immovable.

Due to missing seat behind the seat 39D is often bumped by other passengers passing by and service carts.

Proximity of the galleys and lavatories may represent a problem for passengers of the seats of the 43rd and 44th row.

In addition the seats 43ABC, 43 JKL and 44EGH may have less space for storage in overhead bins as they are often used for crew luggage and equipment.

Alitalia Fleet Airbus A330-200 Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout

Alitalia A330-200 aircraft feature a three-class cabin configuration: the Business Class cabin, the private Premium Economy cabin, and the refreshed Economy Class cabin.

This aircraft flies with 20 Business Class seats, 17 Premium Economy seats, and 219 Economy Class seats.

The Business Class seats convert to flat-beds and offer in-seat work station capabilities, with PC power plugs and USB ports, and large 15.4″ LCD screens to access vast personal entertainment options.

The private Premium Economy cabin offers a variety of benefits including more legroom and greater seat pitch than regular Economy Class.

Premium Economy passengers also enjoy priority check-in and boarding, and may check two bags at no cost as opposed to one for regular Economy Class.

On board, Premium Economy seats also offer in-seat entertainment and work station capabilities, with PC power plugs and USB ports, and large 10.4″ LCD screens to access the personal entertainment system.

The new generation seats in the Economy Class cabin on new A330-200 aircrafts offer comfort and in-seat personal entertainment systems.

All window seats have an entertainment box installed beneath them which may restrict legroom.

Business class includes 20 flat bed seats with 180 degrees recline.

For passengers traveling with a partner will be perfect all EG seats of the business class, i.e. the seats 1EG, 3EG and 5EG.

17 seats are located in Premium Economy class.

Thanks to the bulkhead position the seats of the 8th row offer extra legroom.

But these seats are narrower than standard and have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The seats of the economy class are divided into two sections.

There are totally 219 seats here.

First section of economy class contains 15 rows of seats.

Most of them have 2-4-2 configuration.

Passengers of the seats 12AC, 12JL and 14DEGH will feel comfortable thanks to the extra space for their legs.

However, as the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable the width of these seats is reduced a little and also these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The main disadvantages of the seats 27AC and the seats of the 28th row are: limited recline and close location to the lavatories.

Behind the exit row the second section of economy class seats is located.

Passengers of the seats 29AC and 29JL will take advantage of extra legroom, the other seats of the 29th row, i.e. the seats 29DEGH on the contrary have limited legroom.

All the seats of the 29th row are narrower than standard and have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Due to the missing seat behind the seat 38D is often bumped by other passengers passing by and service carts.

The best seats here are the seats 40DEG as they offer extra legroom to passengers.

The seats 41DEG also have extra space for passengers legs.

But these seats are less reclining than standard, have limited overhead storage space.

The noise that is coming from the galleys located here may be also bothersome.

Limited recline, close location of the galleys and limited storage in overhead bins make the seats 42AC and 42JL bad seats.

Aer Lingus Fleet Airbus A321LR Details and Pictures

Aer Lingus Fleet Airbus A321LR Details and Pictures. On current fleet, Aer Lingus operates 3 narrow-body aircraft Airbus A321LR neo (long range new engine option).

The Airbus A321LR will help Aer Lingus expand their crucial transatlantic market while also upgrading some of their services on intra-European routes.

These new A321LRs are expected to replace older Boeing 757 aircraft in the fleet.

The A321LR variant provides extended range for the A320neo Family’s longest fuselage version, able to fly routes of up to 4,000 nm with 206 passengers by utilising extra fuel in three Additional Centre Tanks (ACTs).

Ideally suited to transatlantic routes, the A321LR allows airlines to tap into new long-haul markets that were not previously accessible with current single-aisle aircraft.

Operators can outfit its cabin in state-of-the-art two-class configurations – including full-flat seats for true long-haul comfort – or in a single-class layout.

The A321LR’s long-range capability was certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in October 2018.

The first A321LR was delivered launch customer Arkia Israeli Airlines in November 2018.

Aer Lingus Fleet Airbus A321LR (neo) Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout

The Aer Lingus Airbus A321LR presented here represents one of the most technologically advanced aircraft introduced in 2019.

The aircraft’s main purpose is to efficiently serve long-haul transatlantic routes that are not from primary cities.

The aircraft is configured with 16 Business Class seats that transform into fully lie-flat beds and 168 standard Economy Class seats.

Every seat in each class features a personal touchscreen entertainment monitor, an AC power socket, and a USB power port.

Each business seat measures 20 inches wide, 78 inches long in bed length, and 45 inches in pitch. There are 16 fully lie-flat seats in an alternating 2-2 and 1-1 configuration.

The best seats (especially for solo travelers) are 3A, 3K, 5A, and 5K.

These are throne seats that will grant you 2 passengers worth of space for yourself.

Of course, you won’t have a seat mate in this configuration, which is why it’s a fantastic seat for solo travelers.

Each economy seats measure 18 inches wide and 32 inches in pitch, with a single aisle and a 3-3 configuration.

The best seats are in row 15, due to the presence of the exit row.

Also, rows 13 and 14 have limited recline, so be sure to avoid those when you can.

You’ll want to avoid rows 13, 14, 25, and 34 when you can due to restrictive recline, lack of windows, and proximity to lavatories and galleys.
