The seating configuration was all done on 3-3 with a 29 inch seat pitch, which was a bit tight, but they reclined better than most other low cost carriers.
There was no in-flight entertainment – touch screen system, radio, music or even a USB input to charge the phone or any other device.
You will have to bring your own device (laptop, tablet, etc) and ear-phone.
Meals were not included in the fare, but were featured in the in-flight magazine and it ranged from 350 PHP (USD 7.25/-) to 500 PHP (USD 10.36/-) – definitely not cheap.

The Airbus A320-200 is the backbone of Cebu Pacific and comes in a standard configuration with 3-3 180 economy class seats.
You can purchase food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) aboard.
The best seats are the two rows leading to the emergency exit.
These seats were as no-frills as economy class seats get – they featured recline, though no power, no PTVs, no audio ports, etc.
While the cabin is spruced up by the advertisements by the side, the colour palette is otherwise rather dull, with blue and green tones.
Legroom is at a measly 29″, so when your tray table’s out you better hope the person in front doesn’t recline.
Apart from the seat pocket, the seats also featured the Cebu Pacific website engrained into the leather padding, though that was about it in terms of the seat’s features.
