Cathay Pacific Fleet Airbus A350-900 Details and Pictures. Cathay Pacific operated 22 extra wide body aircraft Airbus A350-900.

Airbus A350 is the family of long-haul airplanes constructed to replace previous generation of the airplanes A330 and A340.

Cathay Pacific’s Airbus A350-900 is one of the most technologically advanced jetliners flying.

It is constructed of carbon-fibre reinforced plastic which, due to its lower weight, offers 25% fuel saving over similar jetliners constructed of aluminum and steel.

The extra-wide cabin, with windows providing panoramic views, give a passenger a more spacious feel.

Cathay Pacific Fleet Airbus A350-900 Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout

Airbus A350-900 operated by Cathay Pacific offers seats in three classes: 38 in business class, 28 in premium economy class and 214 in economy class.

Onboard, Cathay Pacific has selected to add many features devoted to comfort and entertainment in all cabins to make your flight more enjoyable.

Seat comfort, inflight entertainment, lighting, and connectivity have all been improved.

The cabin atmosphere has been improved with the use of a highly efficient air filtration system that cleans/filters the air during flight.

Business class on Cathay Pacific’s Airbus A350-900s comes in a 1-2-1 layout, assuring direct aisle access for all.

There are two seats up front in Row 11, followed by seven rows of four seats each in the main cabin, then just two rows of seats in a mini-cabin behind the center galley.

Each seat transforms into a 75-inch (190cm) fully-flat bed at the touch of a button, at a width of 20.2 inches (51cm).

Cathay provides a pillow and blanket, although not pyjamas. In these circumstances, it’s best to BYO sleepwear and use the blanket to cushion the seat, given the cabin can be a little warm.

On the A350-900 Cathay Pacific offers 28 premium economy seats on a 2-4-2 configuration.

Every seat comes with a reading light and an overhead light. No individual A/C air nozzle though.

The economy seats have comfortable green tweedy covers and bendy headrests that also tilt and slide up and down (goodbye, inflatable neck pillows) and are in a 3-3-3 configuration.

They’re 18 inches (46cm) wide with a pitch of 32 inches (81cm).

There’s a nifty storage shelf and USB port under the screen for charging your phone and a tablet stand/holder on the tray table.

Business class consists of 38 open suites that have 180 degrees recline.

These seats are divided into two sections.

First section has 8 rows of seats.

For passengers traveling with a partner will be perfect all the D and G seats.

Proximity of the galley and lavatory may cause discomfort to passengers of the seats 11D and 11G.

For passengers with babies the seats 12A and 12K offer bassinet locations.

These seats offer excellent privacy.

The noise from the galleys is the main disadvantage of the seats of the 19th row.

The second section of business class seats consists of 2 rows of seats per 4 in each.

Close location of the galley and lavatory will cause inconvenience to passengers of the seats of the 20th row.

Behind business class seats 4 rows of premium economy class seats are located.

These seats are more reclining than the seats of the economy class and the footrest of these seats may be lifted up.

The seats of the 30th row have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Passengers traveling with babies are often seated on the seats 30AC and 30HK as they have bassinet locations.

Economy class seats are divided into two sections. Most of the seats have 3-3-3 configuration.

Passengers of the seats 39DEG will take advantage of extra space for their legs.

Among disadvantages: lack of floor storage during take-off and landing, as the tray tables are built-in the armrests, the width of these seats is reduced a little.

These seats have bassinet locations.

The best seats here are considered the seats 40ABC and 40HJK because these seats have extra legroom.

However, these seats are narrower than standard and have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Other passengers tend to congregate in the area of the seats 47ABC, 47DEG, 47H and 48HJK as these seats are located close to lavatories.

Behind the exit row the second section of economy class seats is located.

There are 16 rows of seats here.

Thanks to the exit row located in front the seats of the 59th row offer extra legroom.

But the armrests of these seats are immovable as the tray tables are in the armrests and that is why these seats are narrower than standard.

Also these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Proximity of the lavatories is another disadvantage of these seats.

For passengers with babies the seats 59DEG have bassinet locations.

The seats 60A and 60K have the same disadvantages as the seats of the 59th row.

Due to missing seats in front passengers of these seats will take advantage of extra legroom.

The only disadvantage of the seats 73D and 73G is close location of the galley and lavatory.

Limited recline and proximity of the galleys and lavatory make the seats 73ABC, 73HJK and 74DEG bad seats.

Also the seats 73C and 73H are often bumped by other passengers and crew members passing by.

CX A350-900 Seating Plan Arrangement

This plane has 5 sections, with 2 Business class sections at the front of the plane followed by a Premium Economy class section and 2 Economy class sections.

Toilet suitable for passengers with reduced mobility, emergency exit rows and extra-legroom seats are located at the front of the last Economy class section.

In Business class, there are toilets and galleys for each section and baby bassinet seats are at row 12.

In Premium Economy class, baby bassinet seats are located at row 30.

In Economy class, there are toilets in each section.

Galleys are at the end of the last section.

Baby bassinet seats are located at the first row of each section.

Cathay Pacific Fleet Airbus A330-300 Cabin Interior Class Configuration and Seats Layout

Cathay Pacific configured Airbus A330-300 with 3 different cabin layout configuration.

The configuration is (33E) Two class V1, (33K) Three class, and (33P) Two class V2 New Regional.

Cathay Pacific uses the Zodiac, now Safran, Cirrus reverse herringbone seats in 1-2-1 layout split across two cabins: 28 in the front cabin and 11 behind the second aircraft door.

The middle seats angle towards each other and lack a privacy panel.

However, the seats are positioned back far enough that you cannot see your neighbor unless you lean forward.

Window seats face towards the windows where you’ll have 2 windows to look out.

The ottoman and footwell are quite large for a A330 business class seat and it has a footrest on the floor in front.

It misses out on a storage space under the ottoman like you would find on a Super Diamond reverse herringbone seat.

An open storage bin alongside the window has a pocket to hold a water bottle.

Seat Map and Seating Chart Airbus A330 300 Cathay Pacific 33E Two Class V1

First version of Cathay Pacific Airbus A330-300 (33E) may accommodate 262 passengers in two classes: business and economy.

Business class contains 39 angle-flat seats.

Most of them have 1-2-1 configuration and are located in two sections.

First section consists of 7 rows.

The noise from the galleys and lavatories will cause discomfort to passengers of the seats of the 11th row.

Passengers with babies are often seated on the seats 11A and 11K as they offer bassinet locations.

Proximity of the galleys may also represent a problem to passengers of the seats 18A and 18K.

Behind the exit row the second section of business class seats is located.

It contains 11 seats.

All these seats are standard.

The only disadvantage of the seat 19G is proximity of the lavatory.

Economy class may transport 223 passengers in two sections.

First section has 12 rows of seats.

There are totally 94 standard seats here.

The best seats in this section are considered the seats of the 39th row as they have extra legroom provided by bulkhead position.

However, these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

For passengers with infants these seats have bassinet locations.

Other passengers tend to congregate in the area of the seats 49HK, 50AB and 50DEFG while waiting to use lavatories and thus causing discomfort to passengers of these seats.

The second section of economy class seats is located behind the exit row.

Passengers of the seats of the 59th row will take advantage of extra legroom.

The seats 59DEFG have bassinet locations.

The main disadvantage of these seats is close location of the lavatories.

The other seats, i.e. the seats 59AC and 59HK are considered good seats as they have extra space for passengers’ legs thanks to the exit row located in front.

An extra fee may be paid to reserve these seats.

As there is no seat behind, the seat 70G is often bumped by other passengers and crew members passing by.

Proximity of the galleys may be bothersome for passengers of the seats 74C and of the seats of the last 75th row.

The seats of the 75th row are considered bad seats.

CX A330-300 (33E) Seating Plan Arrangement

This plane has 4 sections, with 2 Business class sections at the front of the plane followed by 2 Economy class sections.

Toilet suitable for passengers with reduced mobility is located at the end of the front-most Business class section.

Emergency exit row and extra-legroom seats are located at the end of the front-most Economy class section.

In Business class, there are toilets and galleys in each section and baby bassinet seats are at rows 11A and 11K.

In Economy class, toilets are at the end of the first section.

Galleys are at the end of the last section. Baby bassinet seats are located at the first row of each section.

Seat Map and Seating Chart Airbus A330 300 Cathay Pacific 33K Three class

Three class version of Airbus A330-300 is the most common in the Cathay Pacific fleet.

This airplane may transport 251 passengers: 39 in business class, 21 in premium economy class and 191 in the economy class.

Business class consists of flat bed seats that have 180 degree recline.

The main disadvantage of the seats of the 11th row is proximity of the galleys and lavatories.

For passengers traveling with infants the seats 11A and 11K have bassinets.

The noise coming from the galleys will cause discomfort to passengers of the seats of the 18th row.

The second section of business class seats consists of 11 seats.

Close location of the lavatory will cause discomfort to passengers of the seat 19G.

Behind business class seats 3 rows of premium economy class seats are located.

These seats have 2-3-2 configuration.

The seats of the 30th row have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Economy class seats are located in two sections.

Most of them have 3-4-2 configuration.

First section includes 8 rows of seats.

Passengers with babies are often seated on the seats 39DEFG as they have bassinet locations.

Because of the bulkhead position the seats of the 39th row may have limited legroom.

Lack of floor storage during take-off and landing is another disadvantage of these seats.

Close location to the lavatories will represent problem for passengers of the seats 45G, 45HK and for passengers of the seats of the 46th row.

Behind the exit row the second section of economy class seats is located.

For passengers traveling with babies the seats 59DEFG have bassinet locations.

Also these seats have restricted legroom because of the bulkhead position, are narrower than standard as the tray tables are built-in the armrests making them immovable, have no floor storage during take-off and landing and are located close to the lavatories.

As to the other seats of the 59th row, i.e. the seats 59AC and 59HK they offer extra space for passengers’ legs die to the exit row located in front.

However, the disadvantages are the same: reduced width of the seats, lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and proximity of the lavatories.

due to missing seat behind, the seat 70G is often bumped by other passengers passing by.

The seats 74HK and the seats of the 75th row are considered bad seats whose proximity to the galleys is one of the main disadvantages.

CX A330-300 (33K) Seating Plan Arrangement

This plane has 5 sections, with 2 Business class sections at the front of the plane followed by a Premium Economy class section and 2 Economy class sections.

Toilet suitable for passengers with reduced mobility is at the end of the front-most Business class section.

Emergency exit row and extra-legroom seats are located at the end of the front-most Economy class section.

In Business class, there are toilets and galleys in each section and baby bassinet seats are at rows 11A and 11K.

In Premium Economy class, baby bassinet seats are at row 30. In Economy class, toilets are in the end of the first section.

Galleys are at the end of the last section.

Baby bassinet seats are located at the first row of each section.

The last version of Airbus A330-300 as well as the first one offers seats of two classes: business and economy.

The difference is that this airplane has more seats in economy class and less seats in business class than in the first version.

Business class consists of 24 recliner seats located in 4 rows per 6 seats in each.

All these seats are standard only proximity of the galleys and lavatories may cause discomfort to passengers of the seats of the 11th row.

Economy class may accommodate 293 passengers on the standard seats that are divided into three sections.

First section has 27 seats.

The seats of the 39th row and the seats 40DEFG are considered good seats as they have extra legroom.

But these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Limited recline and close location of the galley are the main disadvantages of the seats of the 42nd row.

The second section of economy class seats is located behind the exit row and consists of 17 rows of seats that have 2-4-2 configuration.

Passengers of the seats of the 43rd row will feel comfortable thanks to extra legroom.

However close location of the lavatory and galley may cause discomfort.

For passengers with infants the seats 43 AC and 43HK offer bassinets.

The seats of the 59th row are less reclining than standard.

Proximity of the lavatories is another disadvantage.

The third section of economy class seats has 17 rows.

Due to position of the bulkhead the seats of the 60th row offer extra space for passengers’ legs.

At the same time other passengers tend to congregate in the area of these seats while waiting to use lavatories and causing discomfort to passengers of these seats.

Passengers traveling with babies are often seated on the seats 60DEFG.

Due to missing seats behind, other passengers and crew members tend to bump into the seats 71D and 71G.

Close location of the galley will cause inconvenience to passengers of the seats 75C, 75HK and to passengers of the seats of the 76th row.

CX A330-300 (33P) Seating Plan Arrangement

This plane has 4 sections, with a Business class section at the front of the plane followed by 3 Economy class sections.

Toilet suitable for passengers with reduced mobility is located at the end of the front-most Economy class section.

Emergency exit row and extra-legroom seats are located at the end of the second Economy class section.

In Business class, toilets and galleys are at the front and baby bassinet seats are at row 11.

In Economy class, toilets are at the end of the second section and galleys are at the front and end of the Economy class section.

Baby bassinet seats at the first row of the second and the last section.

Delta Air Lines Airbus A220-100 First Class Cabin Seats Layout

Most comfortable seats are located in the first three rows.

There are the seats of the first class.

These seats have 2-2 configuration, so the first class may accommodate 12 passengers.

The seats of the first class have 36 inches pitch and 21 inches width.

Unlike Comfort+ and Main Cabin, first class seats were graced with padded black armrests on both sides, which were quite supple.

Each seat had access to a 110v power port and USB ports (fixed to the IFE display)

Passengers of the seats of the 1st row may feel discomfort because of the lavatory and galley area located in front.

Also these seats have mo floor storage during take-off and landing and are located at a bulkhead.

Delta Air Lines Airbus A220-100 Premium Eco Comfort+ Class Cabin Seats Layout

Behind First class seats 15 seats of Delta Comfort+ class are located.

These seats are separated from First class seats with a bulkhead located at eye level.

These seats have 32 inches pitch and 18,6 inches width.

However, the width of the seats of the 10th row is reduced a little because of the tray tables that are built-in the armrests making them immovable.

These seats were identical to economy seats in terms of width and layout, but offer additional space for passengers’ legs.

Delta Air Lines Airbus A220-100 Economy Class/Main Cabin Seats Layout

Economy class may accommodate 82 passengers on standard seats that have 30-32 inches pitch and 18,6 inches width.

Because of the exit row located behind the seats of the 14th row have limited recline.

4 seats of the 15th row offer extra legroom and personal space to passengers.

The seat back of the seats 15CD has limited recline.

The best seats of the economy class are the seats of the 16th row.

Passengers of the seats 16CDE will take advantage of extra space for their legs and additional personal space because the seats in front have limited recline.

The only disadvantage of the seat 28C is close location to the lavatories.

Due to the wall located behind the seats 28AB these seats have limited recline and are considered bad seats.

Limited recline, reduced personal space when the seats in front are in reclining position and noise from lavatories and galleys located behind make the seats 29CDE bad seats.

Bombardier Q400 operated by Porter Airlines may accommodate 74 passengers in two classes: premium and economy. Premium seats are located in the first 2 rows. But location of the lavatory in front may cause discomfort to passengers of these seats.

The other 17 rows of seats that have 2-2 configuration are the seats of economy class. So there are totally 68 seats here. All these seats are standard. Only the seats 10A and 10D have no windows and the seats of the last 19th row are considered bad seats because they are not reclining and the noise from the galley located behind may be bothersome.

This airplane offers seats of 2 classes: club seats that correspond to business class and economy class seats.

Business class seats are AC seats of the rows 1-3 and HK seats of the rows 2-3. I.e. there are totally 10 business class seats on this airplane.

B and J seats are blocked in these rows providing more extra space to passengers of business class.

Because of the bulkhead the legroom of the seats 1AC and 2HK is restricted.

Location of the lavatories in front and lack of floor storage during take-off and landing are another disadvantages of these seats.

Economy class may accommodate 174 passengers.

Extra legroom of the seats HJK of the rows 4 and 5 makes these seats good seats to book which an extra fee is charged.

The seats of the 14th row have limited recline due to the exit row located behind.

Passengers of the seats of the 15th row will feel comfortable thanks to additional legroom.

However to choose these seats additional fee must be paid.

As the tray tables are built-in these seats the width of these seats is slightly reduced.

In addition, these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing and have limited recline because of the exit row located behind.

Other seats to book which an extra fee must be paid are the seats of the 16th row.

Air Transat designates these seats as seats with extra space for passengers’ legs.

However, these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing and have reduced width because the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable.

Lavatories located behind may cause discomfort to passengers of the seats 31C, 31H and of the seats of the 32nd row.

Limited recline is another disadvantage of the seats of the last 32nd row that makes these seats bad seats.

This airplane may accommodate 189 passengers.

All the seats on this airplane are economy class seats divided into 3 sections.

First section consists of 14 rows of seats: first row with 3 seats and 13 rows have 3-3 configuration.

The best seats in this section are considered the seats 1ABC and HJK seats of the rows 2-5.

Passengers of these seats will feel comfortable thanks to extra legroom.

An extra fee must be paid to book these seats.

Among disadvantages of the seats 1ABC and 2HJK: reduced width because the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable, lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and location of the lavatories in front.

Because of the exit row located behind the seats of the 14th row are less reclining than standard.

Second section of economy class seats contains just 1 row.

As the seats of the 15th row are located between two exit rows, on the one hand they offer additional legroom to passengers but on the other hand have limited recline.

To book these seats an extra charge must be paid.

Also, these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing and have reduced width.

Behind the exit row the third section of economy class seats is located.

There are 17 rows of seats here.

Passengers of the seats of the 16th row will take advantage of extra legroom.

Extra fee must be paid to book these seats.

However, tray tables that are built-in the armrests reduce the width of these seats a little.

No floor storage during take-off and landing is another disadvantage of these seats.

Proximity of the lavatories is the main disadvantage of the seats 31C and 31H.

The seats of the 32rd row are considered bad seats because they are less reclining than standard and are located close to the lavatories.

Boeing 737-700 operated by Air Transat offers seats of two classes: club and economy.

This airplane is used either during domestic flights or during flights to USA.

During flights to USA Air Transit offers 4 club seats.

These seats are located in the first row and have 3-3 configuration.

During domestic flights Air Transit offers 8 club seats that are located in the first 2 rows.

The middle seats are not sold.

The seats of the 1st row have no floor storage during take-off and landing and location of the galley and lavatory in front of these seats may cause some discomfort to passengers of these seats.

Economy class seats are divided into 2 sections divided from each other by an exit row.

First section offers 9 rows of seats that have 3-3 configuration and 1 row that has 2-2 configuration.

The seats of the 3rd row have the following disadvantages: lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and reduced width because the tray table are located in the armrests making them immovable.

The seats of the last row of the first section, i.e. the seats of the 12th row may be booked by passengers for extra fee.

Passengers of these seats will take advantage of extra legroom.

However, because of the exit row located behind these seats are less reclining than standard, have reduced width and have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The second section of economy class seats offers 13 rows of seats per 6 in each.

The seats of the 13th row are considered the best seats to book which an additional fee must be paid.

These seats offer additional space for passengers’ legs.

At the same time tray tables that are built-in the armrests reduce the width of these seats a little.

Lack of floor storage is another disadvantage of these seats.

The main disadvantage of the seats 24C and 24H is location of the galley and lavatories behind.

Limited recline and noise from the lavatories and galley behind make the seats of the last 25th row bad seats.
