Seat Map and Seating Chart WestJet Boeing 737-800
The seats of the economy plus class are located in the first three rows.
There are totally 12 seats here. The middle seats of the economy plus class are blocked providing more privacy for passengers of this class.
All the seats of the economy plus class have 4-8 inches higher pitch.
The seats of the 1st row have less space for passengers’ legs due to bulkhead position.
As the tray tables of these seats are in the armrests the width of these seats is slightly reduced.
Among other disadvantages of these seats: lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and location of the galley and lavatory in front.
Economy class consists of 156 seats.
All of the seats here have 3-3 configuration.
Presence of entertainment equipment under B and E seats of the economy class limits the legroom of these seats.
The only disadvantage of the seats 7A, 7F and 10A is misaligned window.
Missing windows make the seats 11A and 11F bad seats.
Because of the exit row located behind the seats of the 12th row are not reclining.
Location of the seats of the 13th row between two exit rows on the one hand provides passengers of these seats with extra legroom and more space because the seats in front do not recline but on the other hand these seats do not recline.
Also these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.
The best seats of the economy class are the seats of the 14th row.
Passengers of these seats will take advantage of extra legroom due to exit row located in front and of additional space due to the fact that the seats in front do not recline.
However, these seats are a little narrower than standard because the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable and have no floor storage during take-off and landing.
Passengers tend to gather in the area of the seats 28C, 28D and of the seats of the last 29th row while waiting to use lavatories and thus causing discomfort to passengers of these seats.
