Seat Map and Seating Chart WestJet Boeing 737 Max 8
Boeing 737 Max 8 operated by Westjet may accommodate 273 passengers in two classes.
First three rows of seats are seats of Plus class.
The seats of this class have 3-4 inches higher pitch and offer additional personal space because the middle seats are blocked.
Because of the bulkhead located in front the seats of the 1st row have limited legroom.
As the tray tables are built-in the armrests, the width of these seats is reduced a little.
Noise from the lavatory and galley is another disadvantage of these seats.
Also these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.
Economy class offers 261 seats.
The seats of the economy class have 3-3 configuration.
Because of the exit row located behind the seats of the 12th row do not recline.
Location of the seats of the 13th row between two exit rows one the one hand makes these seats comfortable thanks to extra legroom but on the other hand these seats may be less reclining than standard.
The seats of the 14th row are considered the best seats of the economy class.
Passengers of these seats will take advantage of extra legroom and of additional personal space because the seats in front have limited recline.
The only disadvantage of the seats 29C and 29D is close location of the galley and lavatories.
Noise from the lavatories and galley located behind and limited recline make the seats of the 30th row bad seats.
