Seat Map and Seating Chart Boeing 737 MAX 9 United Airlines
First class seats have 38 inches pitch and 20.5 inches width.
These seats are located in the first 5 rows and have 2-2 configuration.
Because of the bulkhead located in front the legroom of the seats of the 1st row is limited but due to the fact that that there are no seats in front passengers of these seats will take advantage of extra personal space.
Among some other disadvantages: lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and noise from lavatory and galley area located in front.
The only disadvantage of the seats of the 5th row is close location to the lavatories located behind.
The seats of the first class are divided from the seats of Economy Plus class with lavatory area on the one side and with a bulkhead on another side.
The seats of Economy plus class have 35 inches pitch and 18 inches width.
Congregation of passengers near lavatories that are located close to the seat 7D will cause discomfort to passengers of these seats as well as reduced width and no floor storage during take-off and landing.
Passengers of the seats 7E and 7F will feel comfortable thanks to extra legroom.
These seats are considered the best seats in this class.
However, as the tray tables are built-in in the armrests the width of these seats is reduced a little. Also these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.
The seats 8ABC have the following disadvantages: limited legroom, close location of the lavatories, reduced width because the armrests are immovable and lack of floor storage during take-off and landing.
Economy class may accommodate 117 passengers.
The seats of the economy class have 31 inches pitch and 18 inches width.
Due to the exit row located behind the seats of the 15th row have limited recline.
As the seats of the 20th row are located between two exit rows, on the one hand they offer extra legroom but on the other are less reclining than standard.
These seats are the seats of Economy Plus class as well as the seats of the 21st row that are considered good seats.
Passengers of these seats will feel comfortable thanks to additional legroom and personal space.
The only disadvantage of the seats 38C and 38D is proximity of the lavatories and galley.
Because of the wall located behind the seats of the 39th row have limited recline.
Among other disadvantages because of which these seats are considered bad seats are: noise from the lavatories and galley located behind and reduced personal space when the seats in front are reclined.
