Boeing 737-700 may accommodate 124 passengers in 3 classes.

It is mainly used by Delta Airlines during short-haul flights inside the United States or to Canada.

It is also used for long-haul flights to South and Central America.

First Class of the Boeing 737-700 airplane has 12 seats located in 2-2 configuration.

The seats of the 1st row have restricted space for passengers’ legs and have no floor storage during takeoff and landing.

Close location of the galley may be bothersome for the passengers of the seats 1C and 1D.

Economy Comfort+ class has 18 seats that have 3-3 configuration located in 3 rows.

The seats of the 10th row are considered the best seats as passengers of these seats may feel comfortable due to the extra legroom as in front of these seats there is no bulkhead, but just a curtain.

However, the seat width is reduced as the armrest is immovable and there is no floor storage during takeoff and landing.

The seats 13A and 13F have no windows.

These seats are Preferred Seats and may be selected by Delta Medallion members when booking or later.

These seats become available for other passengers during check-in.

The seats of the 15th row may not recline or have limited recline as behind these seats emergency exit is located.

Passengers of the seats of the 16th row may take advantage of extra legroom in front.

These seats are reserved for Delta Medallion members.

The seats 17A and 17F have additional legroom die to the missing seat in front but as tray tables are located in the armrests the width of these seats is reduced.

These seats as well as other seats of 17th row have limited recline.

Delta Airlines considers these seats preferred seats that may be selected by Medallion members during booking process or afterwards.

Proximity to the lavatories may cause inconvenience to passengers of the seats 27C and 27D and of the last row.

Also the seats of the 28th row may have limited recline or may be not reclining at all.

This Boeing 717 (717) seats 110 passengers and is primarily used on Domestic routes.

This next-generation aircraft features 12 First Class recliner seats, 20 Delta Comfort+ seats, and 78 Economy seats.

First Class has been upgraded to the Delta standard, with the same recliner seats featured in their 757-300 fleet.

Delta Comfort+ and Economy is outfitted with slim line seating that allows for additional knee clearance and power ports are available at all seats.

Because this aircraft operates short-haul routes primarily, AVOD is not installed. However, Wi-Fi and wireless entertainment on demand is available.

Boeing 717-200 has seats in three classes.

First class has 12 recliner seats that are located in 2-2 configuration in three rows.

The seats of the 1st row may have less room for the legs as there is a bulkhead in front of them.

Another disadvantage for these seats is close location of the lavatory and the galley.

This fact may cause inconvenience to passengers of these seats.

The seat 3B protrudes to the passage between the seats and other passengers and crew members may tend to bump into this seat.

Another class in this airplane is Delta Comfort+ that has 15 seats located in 2-3 configuration in 3 rows as well.

The passengers of the seats of the 10th row may feel comfortable as there is a lot of extra legroom in front because their class is divided from the first class seats only with a curtain.

The seat 10C as well as seat 3B in the first class protrudes to the passage between the seats and other passengers and crew members may bump into this seat.

The Economy class may accommodate 83 passengers.

The seats of the 19th row have extra space for passengers’ legs but doesn’t recline as behind them exit row is located.

These seats may be selected by Medallion members of Delta company when booking or later and become available for other passengers during check-in.

The seats of the 1st row are standard but have such a disadvantage as close location of the lavatories in front.

Close location of the lavatories and galley may also cause discomfort to passengers of the seats 9B and 9C.

Behind the seats of Delta One type 6 rows of Delta Premium Select seats are located.

These seats have 2-4-2 configuration.

The seats of the 20th row are considered the best seats of this type because passengers of these seats will be able to take advantage of extra space for their legs.

However, these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing and are a little reduced in width due to built-in entertainment displays in the armrests.

Economy class offers 226 seats that are divided into 2 sections.

First section consists of 10 rows of seats that have 3-3-3 configuration.

Passengers of the seats of the 30th row will feel comfortable thanks to additional space for their legs.

Among disadvantages of these seats: reduced width because the tray tables are in the armrests and lack of floor storage during take-off and landing.

The only disadvantage of the seats of the 39th row is location of the lavatories behind.

Behind exit row second section of economy class seats is located.

There are16 rows of seats here: 14 rows have 3-3-3 configuration, 1 row has 2-3- configuration and 1 row with 3 seats.

Thanks to the exit row located in front the seats of the 40th row offer extra legroom.

At the same time other passengers tend to congregate in the area of these seats while waiting to use lavatories causing discomfort to passengers.

Also, these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing and have slightly reduced width.

Delta Air Lines N402DX Airbus A330 941neo

Delta Air Lines Fleet Airbus A330-900neo Details and Pictures. On current fleet, Delta Air Lines operates 3 wide-body aircraft Airbus A330-900neo (new engine option).

Delta Air Lines became the first North American airline to induct the Airbus A330-900neo into revenue service.

Airbus A330-900neo was first delivered to TAP Air Portugal on 26 November and had its maiden commercial flight on 15 December.

The inaugural flight, DL589, was operated from Seattle to Shanghai, the first of three destinations from Seattle that will see the aircraft including Seoul and Tokyo.

Delta’s A330-900s have Delta One suites, Delta Premium Select premium economy, and memory-foam cushions throughout the cabin and wireless entertainment system at every seat.

Delta Air Lines has 35 of the planes on order, and although they carry the same number of passengers as its current A330-300s, more efficient engines mean the -900s have a greater range.

“Neo” stands for “new engine option,” and that’s the main difference between the current A330s and the neo series: bigger, less fuel-thirsty Rolls Royce engines.
